Question: WHAT "Submit" 'Button', on an Ancestor's page/screen, are you referring?

I'm trying to submit a name for ordinances and for some reason after I click request , the submit box is grayed out so I can’t submit her name. Everyone else I can submit with no problem.

HI @Barnestr, it would be helpful when you have a question about someone who is in Family Tree if you would please provide their name and ID number. Sometimes others can look at the record in question and help troubleshoot your concern. We do see that another moderator has sent your a personal message so we hope they are able to help resolve your concern. You are still welcome, however, to provide the name and ID number from Family Tree of the person you are concerned about.
