Solomon Sanford, 15 September 1787 – 23 April 1847,  KWVP-H2W

https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/ordinances/KWVP-H2W

compared to "Solomon Sanford  in the Membership of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1830-1848," https://search.ancestry.com/collections/5333/records/79164.

The 1837 baptism date makes sense, as do the 1877 dates in St George (he had family near St George). I question the dates in the 1900s being the earliest dates.

Can you help me sort this out?

I'm sorry. I realized I should have checked the ordinances of Solomon's wife and their children at the same time. She was most likely baptized around the same time Solomon was in Canada. Endowment was probably completed in 1877 by her daughter, Jane Sanford Mills.

    Daughter, Rhoda Sanford, LKVB-MJ

BC are obviously incorrect, since she did her own I, E, SS in 1846.

    Daugher, Maria Katherine Lawrence, KWV3-JPC

BC are obviously incorrect, since she did her own I, E, SS in 1862.

    Daughter, Charlotte Amelia Sanford, LKVY-GLY

BC are obviously incorrect, since she did her own I, E, SS in 1886.

    Daughter, Mary Angeline Sanford  LH7X-789

BC are obviously incorrect, since she did her own I, E, SS in 1878.

Son, Ephraim Sanford, LHVM-Z3W, most likely baptized with the rest of his family in 1837 in Canada.

I see family ordinances as most recent dates of baptisms, etc., for the dead when online at home. Yesterday, I went to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. Thr same ancestors showed ordinance dates from when they were living on the public computers there.

Please make it so that the default dates for ordinances when looking from home online, will be the same as the ones that show up at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City.
