Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.

I looked up your relative in Family Search. In the status column, it said if your are a relative you are suppose to contact Family Search Support. At the top right, there is a symbol of the ? mark with a circle around it. After you click it, a window opens at the bottom left you wil see help center, when you open it, you will see a phone number or you can live chat with them. They can help you and tell you why the ordinances are not coming up to request them.

I could not find a phone number or live chat option. Before when I have sought to get Temple Ordinances available someone just opened it up and then emailed me. So many changes, this old woman gets confused :D Thank you for your response.
