Original "Live" Baptism Dates?

Many of my ancestors in the Eller, Stoker, and Welker families were baptized between 1832 and 1835 in Jackson County, Ohio. From there they migrated west to join the saints in Missouri. Current Family Search records indicate baptisms for the dead in the 20th century (1900s). I would like to restore their original dates. Same is true for temple ordinances. Here are the names of some of these.

If this information is available, please let me know how I can access the original information. If the name of the baptized is available, that would be good to know also. Here are some of the names, along with their FamilySearch record numbers:

Catherine Eller (Stoker) 1773-1850 KWV7-TRF

James Welker 1803-1844  KWJB-J72

Elizabeth Stoker (Welker) 1800-1868  LLQZ-YDX

Adam Welker 1771-1840 L1QY-534

Thank you for your help,

Dana Floyd
