Suggest a Dark Reader Screen and a progress bar

Because so much time is spent looking at the computer screen it is suggested that FamilySearch have a way of turning on and off a Dark Reader Screen

It would also help to have a progress loading bar so that it might be estimated as to loading time rather than spending wheels
