Indexing Military Records

I have finished indexing the names that appear in the record on my screen. However, to the left of my screen it shows the 31 records I have indexed but indicates there are 8 more records to index? How do I handle this as there are not 8 more names showing on the record. Thank you, Helen

Many batches set a predetermined number of entries and sometimes you have some left over. Here is the help article to help you delete those 8 extra entries. Make sure that they are all blank especially in the required fields. The icon looks like a trash can. Once you click on that you can select All blank entries.

Thank you so much for helping us Index. That helps so many have access to records for their ancestors.

    Hi Helen,

Thank you for your question. In order to answer, we need the Share Batch number which can be found at the top of your screen after the batch name starting with the letter "M". Thank you for your dedication.
