Hello, I am writing to request permission to reserve temple ordinances for Alice (1440 -1505) (ID G4FJ-9LV) who was the wife of John Isham of Coventry (Alice (1440–1505) | Person | Family Tree | FamilySearch) and the mother of Richard Isham. Alice is my 15th great-grandmother. The ordinances have not been done in the past because the Chancery Suit and Feet of Fines documents had not been adequately searched before. Alice appears in Chancery suit C 1/1506/2 at Short title: Isham v Isham. Plaintiffs: Isabel, late the wife of Richard ISHAM,... | The National Archives (Plaintiffs: Isabel, late the wife of Richard ISHAM, deceased. Defendants: John ISHAM, esquire, and Alice his wife, parents of the said Richard). Alice also appears in Feet of Fines document CP 25/1/294/82, number 45 (see Feet of Fines: CP 25/1/294/82 (medievalgenealogy.org.uk) as Alice Isham, widow, seling her home in Coventry for 40 pounds. Both sources are attached to her record in FamilySearch.
