@petrakovitzCoralee 1 My understanding, below, was incorrect the problem is with the document image being 'mixed up' not the form/data entry. So my comment may be ignored - having the batch will certainly help get a better answer.

I understand the Data Entry fields are mixed up for your batch and you are wanting to 'reorder' the entry order for the fields - is this correct? If this is the case you can Reset the field order through the 3 dot menu above the form/entry area

If you mean that you have received a batch that was previously indexed and Returned incomplete - then you can either make the corrections or Return Batch. If you Return Batch without making any corrections or reverting to original/wiping the data - then the next person receiving the batch will have the same issue.

See @Melissa S Himes post below for solution.

    I hope this helps!

Would you mind posting the shared batch code? It is at the end of the Project Name above the image window. 7 numbers and letters in brackets starting with the letter 'M'.

The person who originally wrote the information on the form knew he/she made a mistake and tried to correct it by drawing an arrow between some entries. That is what initially made me suspicious.

    The batch number is M3WT-GHB.

The "craziness" is about 3/4 down the page.

I don't think resetting would help.

We used to be able to email SLC and I could have explained the problem, but I no longer know how to do that (I am kind of ancient).

    Thanks for your comments.

I will hold onto the batch until later so no else gets it and goes crazy trying to figure it out. Meanwhile can someone tell me how to notify SLC and get an answer as to what they want to do with the batch.

    Thank you

This happened on a few other batches. I hope a moderator will be able to get in touch with someone to figure out what to do with these. You can still contact SLC by clicking on the Question Mark and then Contact Us at the bottom of the box. There you will find the contact info.

I already went crazy figuring it out. It was like playing the line match game in pre-school.

The problem begins at Line 98. Presumably there should have been no parents written in for the couples in 98 and 99. Beginning with Line 100 the parents of that bride and groom are on Line 98 and this continues until Line 111. (Every set of parents is two lines above the line with their children).

On 111 Hairston and Wade (who is a widow) parents are most likely Hairston and Hairston in 109.

This leaves the parents on line 110 and 111 not accounted for. The same thing happened before and the scribe simply added a set of parents at the bottom of the column. (Do they belong to the bride and groom on line 98 and 99?)

@EVHLHM, do you think you will be able to have an answer for @petrakovitzCoralee 1 on Monday or Tuesday?

We are told to put blanks where the missing parents should have been listed so that the couple and the parents line up properly again.

I guess in the same way, you should blank the husband and wife given and surnames for the last two entries and put the names of the parents, the event place, and date. That will make the parents' names searchable and we have no idea if they belong to lines 98 and 99 as none of the 4 surnames have any commonality.

You could go to the next page in reference images and get the husband and wife if the error continued on to the next page.
