I received the information needed to ask for my deceased husband's entire family names list released from his former temple account. It said to go to family search, but I can't figure out how to submit the information. Please be very specific.

Thank you.

We are contacting @Cynthia W Coblentz for the needed information and then will transfer her request to a Specialty Department.

We are also moving this question to the Temple Category in the Community.

    Thank you!!

But I can’t figure out how to get to his reserved ordinances like I used to. I can’t sign into his old account and I only get my reserved ordinances. Please let me know what I need to do!

    Hi @Cynthia W Coblentz

When a person is deceased, ordinances on their Temple List can be released, and that has been done for the account of your brother, David Arthur Coblentz. You wanted to know what you can do to get to the work that was previously on his temple list. It is now your responsibility to find the ordinances that were released so that you can reserve them.

You can usually find ordinances that are part of your ancestral lines by going to the Landscape Pedigree view to search each line. If you go to the Options button at the upper right of the Pedigree View, you can be sure that you have a check in the box that will allow the system to provide a Temple icon to indicate that someone in a family has ordinances that can be reserved.

We hope this instruction will be your next step in finding and reserving the work that has been released. Thank you for your desire to make certain your ancestor's work is completed. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-display-ordinances-on-the-landscape-view-in-family-tree
