Hiding Family Tree Labels

I've attached the Labels 1.jpg which shows the screen I start with. When I click on "Add Label" the program comes up to the Labels 2.jpg. I'm trying to hide the "Actively Changing", "Completed", etc. labels so that window opens to the labels I created. I understand this is a process not available at the present time.

So basically, you don't want to have to scroll down to the labels you created every time you open that window. Sounds like a reasonable request. I wonder if they could more easily reprogram this function so that created labels came first in the list instead of last?
