Temple error

I previously requested baptism record of my sister Janis Gay (Fowles) Cherry, bore June 22, 1934, she was baptized in Vallejo , California, or Oakland Stake when she was 8 years old. I reserved to do other work for her but shows no baptism, What happened to her records, I was at her baptism so I know it occurred.

I requested this information a few months ago and still waiting for a reply r to see on the family tree, nothing from your office as yet.

She died November 29, 2019 so I should now be able to do her other work, but I need the record for baptism first.

Thank you, I was at her baptism so I know it was done probably in Oakland which was the stake center for Vallejo at that time. and where I was baptized as well a few years earlier. I look forward to your answer
