Why do ordinances not show for Doris Tokiko Morita who joined the church in 1941?

Doris Tokiko Morita was born 21 April 1921 in Hilo, Hawaii, and joined the church on 30 May 1941, the Japanese Mission in Hawaii. She was baptized by V. Grant Jacobsen and confirmed by Arnold W. Wheeler on the same day. She died on 20 January 2020; however, her baptism and confirmation dates are not listed under her Temple Ordinances. I've attached her membership record and a copy of her Hawaii Birth Certificate.
