Move Q and A so it is not in the middle of everything and don't abbreviate it!!

The other day I was helping someone and we came to FS Community to ask a question but in that moment I could not spot Q and A in between everything else in the left hand column so I ended up putting the question in the Ideas area. Several days later I came back and found the question had not been answered, but in looking at things I saw Q and A this time so I reposted the question there. Also maybe it needs to say Questions and Answers instead of being abbreviated - that would make it much easier to spot!
