I uploaded an image from AriivDigital, on their site it was very clear and legible, but in FamilySearch it has a much lower quality and when I zoom in it pixelates to the point it is not readable. This isn't and acceptable image to use as a source document. What can I do about that?

    John,

    Regarding poor image quality in uploading images.

    One suggestion we have is to possibly change browsers. Some browsers may give you the needed visible image quality.

    We have entered an article for your review.

    We wish you much success and thank you for reaching out to us.

    @JohnRead1

    On the issue of the poor quality of a the image you got when uploading it to Family Tree. Have you tried to download the image to your computer, and then uploading it to FamilySearch from there? The quality could be checked prior to the upload.

    If that doesn't work you may need to contact AriivDigital to ask for assistance.

    Hope this helps.
