I'm trying to do the temple ordinances on three people who are not 110 years old.

One is my mother's sister who I've known well all my life, even help take care of her in her last nine years of life. She had no children, divorced years ago from 2 husbands, and all siblings are dead.

Two 2nd cousins, oldest no children, husband long dead. Other sister never married, no children and no other siblings. All first cousins dead, including many 2nds,

No one is any closer to these three relatives than I and none are members of the church.

I have requested to do their temple ordinances and received a email back but I don't really understand what to do next. This the email address that was given in the email, and your not very clear either.

How does one prove someone didn't have children or were never married or didn't have other siblings?

    Hello @SandraWellsAndersen

To your question - how to prove a person didn't marry or have children -- the best things to do would be to attach every record you can find about the person, including census records and a death record (which usually indicate a marital status); include a brief Life Sketch; attach an obituary and select the options to indicate a person had no children or was never in a relationship:

In other words, you need as complete a profile as possible for the person and for their parents and siblings. You should still be able to request ordinances for these relatives if there is no close living relative:
