Why can't I get names that have been shared with me?
I have been trying to accept names that have been shared with me by another family member. I have been trying for several days and every time I try I get the following message "Please Try Back Later We are unable to retrieve reserved names at this time." I have tried on different computers and even once on my phone. Doesn't matter I still get the same message.
I would like to do the work for some of these people on my next trip to the temple so I need to be able to accept them.

There is currently a glitch in the system and a team is currently working on the problem. Here is a work around until the problem is fixed.
One work-around is to pretend like you are going to print the ordinance cards by selecting the boxes in front of the names you want to share and click "Print" at the top. When you get to the screen that shows an image of the temple cards you can take a screen shot and save it to your computer. Then, send your family or friend an email and include the file (screenshot) as an attachment or drag it into the email as an image....
Another method is use the Message feature. The guest will need to know the Contact name of the person they are sharing with. In Messages click New Message, enter the Contact name, click the temple icon at the bottom, choose the ordinances to share, send.
You can also print the card as a PDF. When you see your printer and click on it to print, change the printer to Save as PDF. You will need to save the PDF. Then send an email or Message and attach the PDF file.
I see that you are trying to accept names so you will have to share this information with the person who is trying to share names with you.

How do I accept family names that someone shares with me through email?

Church members can share family names for the temple with their family and friends. If someone shares names with you, you either receive an email from FamilySearch or a text message from the sender. If you accept the family names, you can print the cards for the temple and perform the ordinances. To help ensure ordinances are completed in a timely manner, recipients have 2 weeks to accept the names. If you wait too long, the invitation is no longer valid. Contact the person who shared the family names, and ask him or her to resend the invitation.
Before you start
You need to be able to sign in to FamilySearch. If you have a Church Account (used for the Church's website or mobile apps like Member Tools or the Gospel Library), you can sign in with the same username and password that you use there.
Steps (email)
The same process works on both a computer and mobile device.
Open the email message.
If you share your email account with another family member, check the end of the email message to see who the email is for before you accept the temple names.
Click Review Temple Names one time. If you click it again, you see this message: "No further action needed. This temple ordinance transfer has already been accepted. Visit your reservation list to print the ordinances requested."
A browser opens to a screen where you can sign in to FamilySearch. Enter your username and password, and click Sign In.
Click Accept. You cannot accept only part of the ordinances. You must accept all of them. You can complete the ordinances you want and share the rest of them back with the person who originally shared them with you.
To verify that the newly accepted names are now ready for you to print, at the top of the page, click Temple. If you are on a narrow screen and do not see the Temple option, click More, then Temple.
If you have problems accepting the temple ordinances from the email message, or if you do not receive the email message, the original sender can send a link for you to accept the ordinances from a URL.
Steps (text message)
On your mobile device, open the text message.
Tap the link.
A browser opens to a screen where you can sign in to FamilySearch. Enter your username and password, and tap Sign In.
Tap Accept. You cannot accept only part of the ordinances. You must accept all of them. Complete the ordinances that you want to complete, and share the rest of them back with the person who originally shared them with you.
To verify that the newly accepted names are now ready for you to print, at the top of the page, tap Temple. If you are on a narrow screen and do not see the Temple option, tap More, then Temple.

Support Instructions
If a guest is unable to accept shared family temple names, verify the type of account. Only Church member with a Church Account can accept shared temple names.
Other possible problems:
Members cannot accept names for an account when they sign in as a helper.
If the guest sends the email to the email address of a wrong person, and that person contacts FamilySearch, just ask the caller to ignore the email and delete it.
Accounts can share email addresses, so the request can be directed to one person, but the spouse or other family member with the same email address can accept the share request. The email contains a notation at the bottom of the message, specifying to whom the email should be directed.
Going forward, we ask that you contact us by posting your question or issue in FamilySearch Community (www.community.familysearch.org). After signing in to Community using your FamilySearch account username and password, post your question or issue by clicking on “Q and A” in the left column. Next click on your Category and then on “Ask a Question.” We also offer phone and chat support (see https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support).
Sincerely,
