Permission to submit temple work for family members under 110 years, and have NO children, siblings,

In requesting permission for a family member's work to be done who had no children. Th parents, sibling, and spouse are deceased.

How do I get around the permission question to be able to request the work to be done, if there is no one to get permission from?
