Where can I contact or find a specialist who searches for me in Virginia, USA for a important relativ?

    Thank you for your information. I tried many things. I need somebody in the country, in that state. As a foreigner I dont get the informations I need, because the relative is too young.

    If this is a living person, it is possible you might find them on the 1940 Census. Also a Google search, if you have a name and location, might pull up residential information.
