Hello,

I'm a new member of the Church. I've been baptized, but have not received any Temple ordinances yet. I've entered a few names into FamilySearch and I can see the icons B C I E for my father, but not for my wife who passed away in 2010. Why are her ordinances not available?

Thank you.

    Michael,

We are not able to provide an exact answer as we do not have your deceased wife's Family Tree ID number, but it is most likely that her death date has not yet been added by the Church Membership Department. We will send you a private message to which you can reply and we will try to provide information that will be more helpful for you.

Buenas tardes Hermano Michael.

@Michael Cieplechowicz , you may also what to make sure there is not a duplicate PID for your wife. You may have entered her under one PID and when the death date was recorded by the Ward clerk another PID was created. Her ordinances would be attached to the PID that was created by the ward clerk's actions. Those two PIDs would then need to be Merged.
