Pamela, those are burial records. Not quite what we normally expect but gravestones are a big part of family research!

I wonder if you record these dates as burial dates or death day dates - thanks for any input here

Unfortunately I returned the batch but from anyone's experience what is the rule?

Hi Vickie - could you share this batch so we can see what it looks like? Click on the third icon from the right (the one with the back arrow on it). You can follow the instructions from there.

Please share your batch in a comment here by copying and pasting the batch link or batch code.
Steps:

Even though these are tombstones, we index them as death records for the respective individuals indexing the date as the death date. Thank you for your dedication.
