Redundant Ordinances

I have an individual for whom we did original ordinances, but I see now that she is having her ordinances done again some 15 years later. The person at issue is:

Catharine R Slingerland - GHV2-LDF

We did her Baptism and Endowment on 5 Feb 2005 Manti and 26 April 2008 SLC respectively

Her baptism was redone on 18 Jan 2020 Payson

Her endowment is now reserved as of (14 Dec 2019) to be done again. We need to correct these issues and use the original ordinance dates.

Thanki you for posting your concern about ordinances completed, but reserved again. You will receive a private message about this issue.

Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.

Will they not also notify me of resolutions?
