How do I make the following correction so that I can perform my cousin's temple ordinances.
My aunt asked that I perform my cousin's Initiatory and endowment ordinances. When I ran off the card to perform those ordinances, I notices on the print out that it contained the other ordinances also. I checked the research number for my cousin, Obsorne Keith Pritchett, which was LFVD-2SY. Someone had placed a separate research information in the computer files for him. When I researched, the correct was LXDY-RSK. Now, I cannot print out this card. Can you help me resolve this issue. No one has been able so far. Thanks, bill spiers

It appears that you have resolved your own concern. You recently merged the duplicate LFVD-2SY record into the LXDY-RSK record which is now the surviving ID number for your cousin.
When we go to the Ordinance Page for your cousin, we see that he completed his B and C during his lifetime and you show as the contributor who holds the reservation for the I and E which you reserved in Mary of 2020. Because of Covid, these ordinances will not expire until August of 2023, and if you already have cards printed for these ordinances, you can use the existing temple cards.
It is not uncommon to find duplicate records and to merge them, but this doesn't usually affect the ordinances you may have reserved unless the person who created the duplicate record also reserved the same ordinances through their record.
