Where can I get a list of Scottish terms found in Church records in Scotland
Specifically, I need to know the translation of "infanns"(or what looks like that)

Looking at the word, I would say it is Latin for infant.
ScotlandsPeople will probably have word lists. https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/
The Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Scotland_Languages says this: Despite long being a multilingual country, most records used in Scottish research are in English, with older ones in the closely related Scots language. They may, however, be difficult to read because of unique Scottish words, Latin words, or different handwriting styles.
I asked a genealogist friend and this was his answer: “I would also suggest Infant, but not seeing it written, I would not like to be definite. Much of secretarial script is based on contractions and omissions but you need to read the whole section, maybe several pages to understand it. For example, the word "Minister " can be written as Min: or Miner with a cup mark over the middle to show the omission.
Looking in my Scots dictionary I see that INFANG is a cheat. A lot of old Scots words comes out of French or Latin, but English too.”
