Reserved by FamilySearch

Hello,
I went to the Help Center to read about this problem and found the article: "My Ancestor's Ordinances Are Reserved by 'Unknown' or 'FamilySearch'. It stated if there is no green icon that it is an Engineering problem and they are aware of it. It then referred me to Community and asked me to include the below information.
I have reserved the Sealing to Spouse for Clifford Lewis Everaert and it expires on 8 December 2021. Clifford's Endowment and Sealing to Parents have been reserved and shared with FamilySearch on 10 May 2017. There is no ability to Request the ordinance as there is no green icon. These ordinances have not been printed by FamilySearch. I would like to seal Clifford and his wife but until myself or someone else is able to perform the Endowment, this cannot happen as I understand ordinances should be performed in order and of course, no one can request them. I would like the ordinances released so they can be performed.
Clifford Lewis Everaert
ID: L26G-9BJ
DOB: 1 July 1896 Oconto County, Wisconsin
Relationship: Husband of my 2nd cousin 2x removed
I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for using Community @MichelleMorris1 and for your request. After checking the ID: L26G-9BJ, we see this page:
This blue request button is telling you that you are able to request these ordinances and have then 90 days in which to complete them.
If this does not answer your question, please reply to this post and we will try again.

When I see the page, and after clearing cookies and deleting history, I only see a real button by E and SP and the SS (the SS I reserved). I see no green icon by the E or SP like normal.

Sorry, I meant "teal" not "real" ...

Hi Michelle,
When ordinances are shared with the Temple by other users, and you are related, you can "Request" to do them. The green icon, seen below, shows that the ordinance is available to request.
Reserving an ordinance that has been shared with the temple does not require any special steps. View the person's ordinance information as you normally would on either the FamilySearch website or the Family Tree app. If a particular ordinance displays a green temple icon with a clock, it can be requested. If the ordinance has a blue temple icon, it cannot be requested. The article "Can I reserve an ordinance that has been shared with the temple" is below:
IconMeaning
When you reserve an ordinance that has been shared with the temple, your reservation expires in 90 days.
If you are unable to complete the ordinance within 90 days, the ordinance returns to the temple.
If the ordinance cannot be requested, it shows a blue temple icon. Here are some reasons why you are not able to reserve the ordinance:
The temple has already printed the name card.
Someone else already reserved the ordinance after it was shared.
Ordinances that come before, such as baptism and confirmation, have not yet been completed.
