How can I change a town to a standardized marriage place?

My Great grandparents were married in Unadilla, Otsego County, New York. The town still exists but Family Search does not recognize it as a standard place.

Thanks for your help, Mindy

It should recognize it just fine since it is in the Places database, once as a Town and once as a village inside the town: https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/?searchTypeaheadInputText=Unadilla,%20Otsego,%20New%20York,%20United%20States&text=Unadilla,%20Otsego,%20New%20York,%20United%20States&focusedId=4613182

When I try to use it, it seems to come up just fine:

    What are you seeing differently?
