The records I need are restricted in Granite MT. For many years now. Were supposed to be released in 2016. They are The Charles Dight Genetic records from the Univ of Minnesota based on book Dwellers of Vale of Siddem and Faribault MN School for Feeble Minded.

    My case # was 04817898

The case management system was provided by a vendor and it went away very suddenly in March 2021. All those old cases are completely gone. Yours, mine, everyones.
