Ordinances done in Sydney Australia Temple in 1991 not recorded
Hi, A member of our Ward (Mia Leeworthy) contacted me regards a number of ordinances for her Ancestors, for which she has Family Group Records showing the Ordinances were completed in 1991 but do not show up on FamilySearch. In some instances, some of the ordinances were done again and others are still showing as outstanding.
The first attached example is for Joseph Powers, born approx 1806 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. Baptism, Endowment and sealing to Parents on the card done 2 Jul 1991. In FamilySearch the ID is M43Y-ZKC and I was not able to find a duplicate. All ordinances are marked as REQUEST.
For his wife, Elisabeth the Family Group Sheet shows ordinances Bap, End were done in July 1991 however they have all since been redone or are waiting to be redone and reserved.
For their daughter Emma Baptism is shown as completed 2 Jul 1991. But in FamilySearch K4JJ-2XM they were partially redone in 2018 (Endowment / Confirmation) and the rest reserved in 2017.
Mia Leeworthy who is the member looking into these ordinances has sent me 5 of these Family Group Sheets (attached) with similar issues. She also has many more where it appears ordinances were completed in the Sydney Temple around 1991 but not recorded by FamilySearch.
Please advise how this can be fixed.
Kind Regards, Inge Danaher

Hi Inge
We need the IDs for each of the people. ... but most importantly, these sheets need to have been dated and stamped by the temple, then the ordinance problem could be resolved.

Thanks Diana. I think these are the only records that our Ward Member has for these. I tried doing a search and couldn't find duplicates for the first couple of records either so that seems to indicate the original entries were lost. I believe there were some issues with the Sydney Temple around that period.
Probably means that these ordinances will have to be done again.

Inge, if you could provide the IDs for each of these names and the dates for the ordinances, then we could escalate this to another team who may be able to find what is missing...
