New search page
Why does the new search page not show up when I go through familysearch.org. Using Win10 and stay signed in for 2 weeks.

If you mean the new interface, the last I heard is that it is being rolled out, randomly, to about 10% of users. https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/90536/hello-familysearch-community-try-out-the-new-update-to-record-search/p1

I guess I'm one of the randomly selected. I don't use family search to search for records much. I found the program to not show up the person as well as Ancestry's search does. I would use Ancestry, put in what I found as a source from Ancestry, then check to see what hints came up on family search as a hint. It took to much time to search with the Family Search program.
The new set up has to many settings for me. I like things simple. If the search had less options and did a better search for following the paper trail it would make things much easier.
If you want people just starting out doing research, keep it simple, or have it where the person gets a simple page. Let them make the changes to the set up of the page if they would like to see more.
I don't see me using the new set up more, but less then the old one.
