Ordinances Unavailable - Mildred Elizabeth Day - LTCB-XWF

This record had ordinances completed until a merge was done. I restored the old record and it showed the ordinances. Redoing the merge, with the record showing the ordinances on the right, restored the bad "ordinances unavailable" status. I expect you can easily get these dates restored.

FamilySearch shows her relationship to my wife, but she is my 12th cousin once removed.

    Hi@Mike St. Clair.

Any time ordinances say "Not Available" we must forward your concern to the specialty team that can resolve your concern.

We will forward this concern to that specialty team to determine why the ordinances are not available. They will contact you after their investigation.

We did verify that the current record for Mildred is Mildred Elizabeth Day LTCB-XWF, however, we looked carefully at the information associated with the deleted MQB5-2ZN record that was merged into the current record. We noted in the Latest Changes of that record that it started out as a Male and was not changed to Female until 2018. It is possible that ordinances that were completed were done in the wrong gender, which may be the issue we are dealing with. Please respond to my personal message so that we can continue to help you.
