Can anyone read what is to the right of this name?

This is a confirmation record for August Stark and has his birthday 28 January 1839. On other records it looks like what’s written in between is the city or town they may have been born in. This record is taking place in Pflugrade, and that is even written next to a few names. I cannot decipher the in between part. Can anyone help translate it?

Any chance of a link or a full(er) image?

The loopy-thingy (kinda like a quick sketch of a lily) is an S, and the letter after it is a d, and then it looks like "Justin St.". I think this is likely short for "son of Justin Stark". After that is maybe zu, which is cognate with English "to" but can also mean "in, of, from", and then there's some sort of abbreviation which is hopelessly undecipherable without a whole lot more context.
