William G ****, ID: G93B-BBC
William's name is causing me grief when I try to reserve his name for temple ordinances. When I contacted Support, they directed me here.
In this family line I have 27 ancestors with the same last name, and no way to reserve their ordinances, because I get the message, "This person's name contains one or more invalid words." in every case.
How do I resolve this? Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
