How can I access my dad's Family Search account after his passing and complete the names?

What do I need to do to be able to access the temple names on my dad's family search account. I know the account was frozen or closed at his passing. I have his obituary, the program from his funeral and temple names from his account. I also know his login for his family search account.

Who do I contact and how do I unlock his account so we can do the temple work that is found there?

We cannot unlock the account. However, this article explain what we need from you in order to be able to request the ordinance list: A person who reserved ordinances has died, is incapacitated, or had a withdrawal of membership.

We are sending you a private message that you can respond to. When we receive the needed information, we can send your request to the proper department.
