I completed the 1935 marriage license application batch for Goochland County, VA. I was doing a quality check and discovered that I needed to delete rows since there were only 29 rows and when I opened the batch 40 rows were in the form. I had done quality control check and while I was looking for me answer to my question, I lost my completed batch. How do I get it back or is it lost forever?

You can not get batches back that are gone.

"When you submit a batch, that batch is considered finished. You cannot reopen it to correct mistakes or to add missed information. This is also the case if a batch expired before you finished it."

It may be that the batch was submitted by mistake as well.
