green temple icon not showing on descendancy

These two children were sealed to the wrong set of parents; G8D1-J4G and G8DB-11B
When doing a descendancy search of their father, Johnathan Uriah Southern, the green temple icon does not show that the children need to be sealed to the correct parents. It also, does not show up on the children's details page as "green"

We understand that Benjamin and Martha Southern do not show a green temple icon for sealing to parents on the pedigree view. That is because the sealing to parents was completed to different parents. The ordinance page for each of them shows that a second sealing is available to request. See below:
When there are two sets of parents, the sealing request to the second set only shows on the ordinance tab of each individual. The article link below explains more about why this happens.
Sealing to parents is done. Family Tree shows green temple icon or "Request" • FamilySearch
Looking at the Latest Changes, we see that Millie Rector KPMM-YFJ was the mother, and was removed. The sealing to the correct parents does need to be done.
You can reserve each of them on the ordinance tab for Benjamin and Martha. If you would like to have the first sealing removed, please reply so we can send it to another department for review.

The problem is that the green temple icon does NOT show up on his father's descendancy view OR the children's details page; therefore, the need to do the SP will be missed for those searching for ordinances. It appears that the SP is complete for the current set of parents. I believe this is a flaw in the program. It is not flagging on either of those views that the ordinance needs to be completed. I am not a close enough family member to do the ordinances, I was just cleaning up a spouse's family members and noticed this when I added the correct mother to the tree.
