If anyone can help I'll be most grateful. Regarding the above batch, in which there are only two records, I'm not sure in the second record whether the main person details should be the adopted child, or the parent.

    His surname is: Rendo or Alibertis.

    The child's information is what you index, nothing about the parents is indexed. See the accepted answer above that Dellory wrote.
