Ordinances not available

My relative Regine Glaser LRFP-R6L was born in 1862 in Berlin and died in 1932 in Berlin. She is neither a famous person nor a holocaust victim, yet her ordinances are showing as "not available". Is this correct? Do you know something about her being famous or about how she died than I do, or is this perhaps an error. I will appreciate you investigating this to determine if it is correct. Thank you for your time and effort.
