Visualization of a document

Thank you for your post.
Could you be more specific so we can understand the issue better.
Where did you find the certificate? Do you find it as a hint? Did you find it in one of sections under the Search tab such as Records, Catalog, Images, Genealogies? Do you have a film number we can take a look at?
There are different reasons why you may not be able to see the document. So, if you can provide us with more information, we may be able to help you with this.

Thank you for your reply.
When I clicked on the link you provided, it took me to a Records Detail page for Maria Sala Dossi. Just like you mentioned, I saw that when you click on "View this Document" it says that you can view this image only at a FHC or affiliate Library.
On FamilySearch, some images have restrictions that determine who can see them or where you can see them. These restrictions have been put in place by the owner of the record. In some cases, you can gain access by visiting a FamilySearch Family History Center or an affiliate library. When you got the message you did it meant that these images are available on FamilySearch but you will need to go to a Family History Center or affiliate library to see them. You will need to sign into FamilySearch on one of their computers.
To find a FHC near you, use the link below.
If you want to try an affiliate public library, try the link below.
We hope this helps you understand the message and what you will have to do to access this record. Again, the owner of the record sets the restrictions and FamilySearch wants to abide by those restrictions so that the owner will continue to allow FamilySearch to have the limited access we have.
Best of luck!

If you go to a Family History Center or one of our affiliate libraries in your area you should have access to the records. A Family History Center will have local consultants that should be able to help you access the records. I don't know about the affiliate library.
You will just need to sign on to FamilySearch, using one of their computers, and then search for the record the way you found it before.
Good luck in this whole process. It is really exciting when you do find records of your relatives!
Best wishes!

Thanks for that PasB,
I do understand and it was very helpful.
This is a document of my grandmother in Brazil. She was born, got married and passed away in Brazil.
I live in Australia today. Using a library here in Australia, am I gonna have access to this document?
Thanks again
Kind regards
Rodrigo
