In looking at your ancestor Jacob Nash Jr. 1772–1845 • KHPS-YS2, we do see that a SP was completed on 29 May 1935 in the Mesa Arizona Temple.

We also see that the mother, Freelove Keeler 1754–1775 • LZ4G-8SC, has the message "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information".
