Gary LaMont Sorensen born 1 Mar 1963 G4H1-HDT does not show is baptism and confirmation date. He was baptized 6 Mar 1971 as a child. The temple system shows him baptized and confirmed record number kwcp-fpg. I can not find possible duplicates in family search. I am his cousin and have been asked to do his temple work by his mother, Shirley Sorensen. How do I proceed?

    Hi Wess.

The reason why Gary LaMont Sorensen born 1 Mar 1963 G4H1-HDT ordinances are not showing, is because his death date has not been added to his membership record. We shall request that happen using as proof the Find a Grave in his Sources.

Once that is done, the ordinances will appear, though on a different ID to the one you show. You will simply need to merge the 2 IDs.

    Hi Wess.

The death date has now been added to Gary's record. In Family Tree on his record page you will see the Possible duplicate record:  KWCP-FPG As this IS the membership record, it is a good idea to keep this as the remaining record when merging.

Thanks for notifying us of this.
