Way to sort temple reservations by family lines?

Hi friends - my apologies in advance if this isn't the right place to ask this. Due to a variety of reasons including "inheriting" lots of temple reservations from my dad's cousin who died of cancer in January I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. While I love all the ways you can sort reservations on Family Search - I want to be able to divide out different family lines - family from my mom's side, my dad's side, and my husband's side - so I can make it easier to share with family members who are willing and able to help with the ordinances. Is there software out there that I can download reservations to(or even type them in or ?) and make notes or do tags - which family side each person is from and then do a report or something like that. I'm working my way through the names but I just haven't figured out a good system yet. I hope I'm making sense. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 😀

To sort your family names list in a specific order, display your family names list, and click the Filter button. Then choose one of the 8 sorting options.

    Steps (website)

    1. While signed in to FamilySearch, click Temple.
    2. From the drop-down menu, click My Reservations or Shared.
    3. Click the Filter button.
    4. If you do not want to view your entire list at once, use the filters in the View and Filter by Ordinance sections to select which family names you want to see.
    5. In the Sort section, click the option to sort by:
      • Name. Alphabetical order, by the first letter of the person's complete name.
      • First Name. Alphabetical order, by the first letter of the person's first name.
      • Last Name. Alphabetical order, by the first letter of the person's last name.
      • ID Number. Numerical order, by the first number of the person's FamilySearch ID number.
      • Date of Birth. Chronological order, by the person's birthday.
      • Sex. Names are grouped according to sex.
      • Date Reserved. The order in which the ordinances were reserved.
      • Date Expires. The order in which the reservations expire.
    6. If you want to change the sort order, click either Ascending or Descending.
    7. To see your complete list again, without any filters, click RESET FILTERS.

    Steps (mobile app)

In the Family Tree mobile app, you can filter your family list but not sort it.

    Steps (Family Tree Lite)

In Family Tree Lite, you cannot sort your family names list.

    @Suzanne Adams1

    Suzanne

    Question:

WHY, was it necessary, to send a ("Private") 'Message', to inform you of another software?

Such information, may ALSO be VERY helpful, to MANY Other (Church Member) Users/Patrons, with large "Temple" Lists.

    Question:

Are, you referring to "Third Party" Applications "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.

IF, so; THEN, it certainly was NOT necessary to provide such information in a ("Private") 'Message'; as, such is very "Public" knowledge/information; and, could have been included in this post.

    Please advise.
