Ordonnances not available

My great great grand father, Jérôme Heissler, K41T-YXW, doesn't have his Temple work anymore. It went to ordonnances not available. He had a 'sister' with the same name and date of birth which was a mistake of course. So I changed the sex from female to male and merged the two. That is when the problem appeared. The Temple work was done in the 60's in the Swiss Temple. I have the dates but was told by someone programming for FamilySearch that he could see the dates in the coding lines behind his name.
