Sealing to Spouse Cannot Request - Not Available

I am contacting you as a T&FH Consultant,
I have been working with an elderly lady in the Ward; She is asking permission to have the work performed for her uncle and both his wives.
The 1st wife died in a tragic accident before they had any children, from the 2nd marriage he had a daughter; she has been contacted and given her written permission for both her Mum & Dad.
Together the sister and I filled in the details for permission for B C I E SS for the three people involved. All have now been added to her Temple list except the Sealing to Spouse for the 1st wife.
Winifred Grace Eileen Markey GMC9-83K Looking at her personal page - “Ordinances” I can see SS - Sealing to Spouse Cannot Request - Not Available
Why is this -- Recorded is her birth, marriage, death and burial, all with sources added.
I have contacted the Sister in the Ward, to see if she received an email with a Case No. but she has forgotten how to access her email account, in fact she required help to access FamilySearch; it was possible to re-set password as she knew all the relevant details.
Please could any reply be sent to me -- Thank you

I forgot my FamilySearch password or username
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/i-forgot-my-familysearch-password-or-username.
Since the lady doesn't know her email to get into her account she can use her church membership number, or her mobile number if it is registered on her account.
Is there somebody in your family who also has a family tree and has the deceased down as living and not deceased?. this could be the problem, if not please get back to me and i will get somebody to have a look at it again.

Also contact the ward clerk and see if his record is up to date.

I was able to see the patron's email A/c on FamilySearch -- but she has forgotten how to access the email a/c
The patron's records are up-to-date, and the persons for whom the ordinances were requested were not members of the church and have been deceased for several years .
I think you have mis-understood the question - Please see the title of the Question
Sealing to Spouse cannot Request - Not Available
Why ----- Because the birth, marriage , death and burial details are recorded along with the sources.
