How long does it take for permission to be given to do the work for a deceased relative?

My father, the closest living relative, would like me to do the work for his sister. She passed away over a year ago. I completed the permission form and provide my father's information, but neither one of us has been contacted. I have a request case number. Is there someone I can call?

If you would please provide the PID number for the person for whom you are requesting ordinance permission we can then check the status of your request.

I think the PID is: LKR9-776. The Request Case Number is P-VR2Q-1J49-N53Q
