Cannot find possible duplicates when requesting temple ordinances.
Luella A Chapman

• GMJZ-J4F When trying to request Temple Ordinances, a "possible duplicates" warning appears". This has happened several times this past week. I have checked the ancestors and their parents for possible duplicates and can't find any sign of duplicates. Is this a problem that I can't see or is this a known issue.

Dear Gibsonmb
Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. Please go to the person page of Luella Chapman GMJZ-J4F. In the upper right you will see Possible Duplicate L1ZW-MM9. Click on that. You will see another Luella Chapman. This person is sex unknown. You will need to assign the sex of female after which you can merge, then request ordinances.
We wish you the best.

I note that your sealing to spouse has a clock icon with it. This means the name is shared with the temple. You may reserve this ordinance and then you have 90 days to complete them.
