He died in 1934 in Breslau, Poland. He is neither a holocaust victim or famous (to my knowledge). Please explain WHY his ordinances are shown as "not available".

I bellieve it icould be a mistake, but unless I know the reason there is know way to know for sure, or to appeal the decision. Thank you

    What is suppose to happen here? I posted my question, the screen tells me I have 1 discussion, 12 unswered somethings and there are three of us online in this catagory - but nothing is happening!!! I someone going to actually answer my question? WHEN? Do I just hang out here. There is NO EXPLAINATION
