When I review a hint to confirm a relationship. There doesn't appear to be an option to add to my tree. How can I confirm this relationship and add to my tree? See attached

Hover your mouse over the "Detach" button under the triangle. Someone attached the part of the source to his wife. Click "Detach" and give reason statement. Now you will be able to attach the source to Kenneth Clifton Wuolle.
A source that I want to attach in Family Tree is attached to someone else

The usual method is to click Attach in the screen that your link displays. However, the record has been attached to his wife, Norma. Not clear why this was done. I suggest you detach it from Norma and reattach to Kenneth.
You could also try sending a message to SheilaConnor Orta who attached the record in the first place.
