Why?
My third great grandparents are Charles Franklin Quillen (LY89-3Q5) and Susan Thomas (G9M1-Q21).
Susan's parents -- my fourth great grandparents -- are Edward Thomas (L4BZ-7XP) and Mary Polly Widener (LHTW-TZF).
- All of Susan's and Mary's work has been done, except Susan isn't sealed to her parents, nor is Mary sealed to Edward. For some reason, FamilySearch mysteriously says: "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."
Edward's birth and death dates and places are there, and sourced.
Any idea what this means? Here is the message as displayed on Susan's Ordinances page:
I would really like to seal Susan to her folks, and Mary to her husband. And of course, I'd really like to seal Edward's and Mary's other seven children to them as well. Any suggestions?

Can I humbly suggest that, you REPOST / resubmit this 'Question' of yours, in the "Q and A" Section, under the 'Category' of "Temple", rather than the 'Category of "FamilySearch Community", which relates to the workings of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
That way, your post will get noticed MORE quickly by the "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ].

As an aside ...
I just took a look at:

Mary Polly WIDENER (LHTW-TZF)
In particular their "ChangLog" ...
For the latter three (x3) the have been "Merges"/"Combines", that can often have a bearing, on WHY, the "Temple" Work is either, INCORRECT; or, UNAVAILABLE.
And, for Edward THOMAS (L4BZ-7XP) there have been a number (ie. x7) of "Merges"/"Combines".
Plus, for Susan THOMAS (G9M1-Q21) there is a "Data Problem"; being, "Married before 12", 'Description' of "The marriage year for one spouse shows the person as less than 12 years of age."
As an aside ...
In the "Merge"/'Combine" of Susan THOMAS (G9M1-Q21) on 18 January 2021 (by, User/Patron: donnafayemax1, with E-mail: [email protected]) ...
Personally, I would have RETAINED the ORIGINAL Susanna THOMAS ( KLDW-4HF ) as the "Surviving" individual/person; as, that record most likely contained the ORIGINAL "Sealing to Spouse", meaning your ("Temple") "Reservation" would be null and void; and, perhaps, even, "Sealing to Parents"; as, there were a number (x9) of "Merges'/"Combines" involved in Susanna THOMAS ( KLDW-4HF ).
I have not done any in-depth research.
Just a quick look at "ChangeLogs".
Just my thoughts.
