Looking for temple ordinances

I am looking to see if LDS temple ordinances have been completed for my 4th great grandmother, Lucena Lorry Tucker, ID#9MH6. I contacted family search and they can't find it. There was a merge done in July 2021 and I researched the deleted person, but nothing was listed under ordinances for her either. This is what is on her file:
