Temple Reservations by close but now deceased Relative

A patrons father passed away and the daughter would like to access his reserved names - does she need to wait for them to expire and be released back into the system or is there a way to request them still (as per article link below )and how does she do that now we have no other way to access FamilySearch support.
Thanks

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patrons ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
You may find this "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch', more appropriate ...
A person who reserved ordinances has died, is incapacitated, or had a withdrawal of membership
I hope this helps.

FYI
"PID", stand for, 'FamilySearch Person Identifier'
That is the x7 Digit (Alphanumeric) UNIQUE identifier (ie. xxxx-xxx) that ALL individuals/persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', are created/issue with.
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':
What are ID numbers used for in Family Tree?
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/what-are-id-numbers-used-for-in-family-tree
▬ Go to the TOP of an individuals/persons "Details/Page"
▬ Just to the 'Right' of the "Portrait" Avatar, there is:
▬ ▬ "Name"
▬ ▬ The next line down, under the "Name", is Birth and Death/Living status
▬ ▬ Just to the 'Right' of the Birth and Death/Living status, there it is, the PID [ xxxx-xxx ]
I hope this helps.
