How do I access temple names from an account that has been frozen due to the individual's death?

My grandmother just passed away. Her FamilySearch account was frozen. When she passed, the ward clerk updated her records so that it showed she died. Now, our family cannot access her temple names or sources and memories that she may have uploaded. How do we fix this?
Thanks!

Hello Miyamoto Jensen
Welcome to the FamilySearch community, and thank you for your question regarding your grandmother temple reservation list.
- A person who reserved ordinances has died, is incapacitated, or had a withdrawal of membership
- You can request to have family names released when a member dies, is incapacitated, or has a withdrawal of membership.

Question(s):
Why not SIMPLY use THIS actual post, in the 'Category' of "Temple", in the "Q and A" Section", of the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, by the Participant (ie, User/Patron), to TAKE such, into the Workings of 'FamilySearch' "Support", 'as is', to deal with the release of the "Reservations" in the Participant's (ie. User's/Patron's) ["Deceased"] Mother's 'FamilySearch' Account, via/though ("Private") 'Messaging' in 'FamilySearch; or, direct "E-mail"?
Why make the Participant (ie, User/Patron) contact you?
I was under the understanding that "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ] had the ability to TAKE posts, such as this (under this 'Category'), into the Workings of 'FamilySearch' "Support", to deal with the matter, via/though ("Private") 'Messaging' in 'FamilySearch; or, direct "E-mail", to resolve the matter.
Just curious.
I thought that the Participant (ie, User/Patron) was ALREADY reaching out for help / assistance through this post.
